Rameshwaram Dham — Tamil Nadu

Fly to Madurai, then drive to Rameshwaram for hotel check-in. Landing in Madurai, a city old enough to remember when temples were the tallest things in the world.

Then comes the road to Rameshwaram, and with it, the iconic Pamban Bridge — iron and faith stretched over a shimmering sea. Roll down the window and let the salt wind in.

Turning Toward the North

Set off for Madurai once more — this time for the Meenakshi Amman Temple, a living symbol of the union of the Divine Mother and Lord Sundareswarar, its towering, painted gopurams rising over the old city.

Take a relaxed lunch and some time for shopping in Madurai’s bustling lanes. From the Madurai airport, board an evening flight to Mumbai.

Where Krishna Reigns

Wake to conch shells and temple bells: the Dwarkadhish Temple stands at the heart of the day, its flag stirring in the ocean wind above Gomti Ghat, where pilgrims descend for a holy dip.

Cross the water to Bet Dwarka — the sacred island believed to be the very ground where Krishna once lived. In the afternoon continue to the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, the second of Shiva’s sacred flames on this journey, said to speak of protection and grace.

For those who wish it, round off the afternoon with an optional visit to Shivrajpur Beach, its blue-flag waters a quiet, golden contrast to the day’s temples.

Into the Himalayas

The road rises steadily into the Himalayas, and with every kilometre the world grows quieter. You are not just travelling north — you are travelling inward.

Badrinathji & The Sacred Sangam

Nestled between two mountain peaks at over 3,100 metres, Badrinath is where Lord Vishnu is believed to meditate. To stand here is to stand at the very roof of existence — clear, eternal, healthy, happy, and successful.

Drive back to Devprayag for Sangam Aarti. At the Devprayag Sangam, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers merge to become the Ganga, the evening aarti is offered to the waters that have carried the prayers of pilgrims for thousands of years.
